On Tuesday evening, March 18, 2025, we held an iftar program hosted by the Aksaray Provincial Mufti's Office. The program was attended by Provincial Mufti Veysel IŞILDAR, Deputy Provincial Mufti Raziye BOZOVA, ASÜ Vice President Prof. Dr. Erşan SEVER, TÖMER Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuncay TÜRKBEN, academicians, students studying Turkish at TÖMER and students who graduated from TOMER.
At such a blessed time, we came together at the same iftar table with our students from all over the world and shared not only our tables but also our prayers and smiles. We had deep conversations over tea after iftar. Graduating students had the opportunity to share their experiences with new students. Our provincial mufti and assistant mufti talked to our students one-on-one and talked about guidance services. Our vice president discussed the importance of spiritual values that unite us. In this way, our students not only learn the language but also have the opportunity to have a cultural experience and meet people and institutions from different stages of life.
