A cultural tour was organized for students studying Turkish at ASÜ TÖMER on Wednesday, May 30, 2024. Tömer Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuncay Türkben, Assistant Principals, faculty members and students attended the tour. As part of the tour, Somuncu Baba Tomb was visited first. Here, students were given information about Somuncu Baba. After visiting the Somuncu Baba Miniature Museum, the students went to Selime Cathedral, the largest cathedral in Cappadocia, another popular destination for visitors. Cathedral; Churches, caravan routes, and fairy chimneys are the favorites of tourists coming to Cappadocia. Later, our students had an unforgettable walk in Ihlara Valley. Our international students had the opportunity to get to know the historical and cultural aspects of Aksaray, closely.
